Do I have COVID despite testing negative?

I tested negative with a rapid test but have the same symptoms as Faire -- see https://manifold.markets/dreev/does-faire-actually-have-covid-afte -- who tested positive. Seems unlikely that we have different viruses, living in the same house and having the same symptoms, right? (I got both doses of the Pfizer vaccine in March/April 2021 and the booster on December 9.) My symptoms started Tuesday or Wednesday (they were so minor on Tuesday that I didn't think of them as symptoms but in retrospect that's probably when they started). I tested negative on both Wednesday and Thursday with an iHealth Antigen Rapid Test. My symptoms were gone on Friday except a slight cough, which went away on Saturday.
