@dglid if the Ravens use the non-exclusive tag, does Lamar have to sign it before he negotiates with other teams? Or would he not need to sign it if he was traded to another team under the non-exclusive tag?

Meaning: a non-exclusive tag would not be signed by him, it merely represents a priority for the team placing the tag.
