Need the $1 for another prediction and Oracles had a snowball's chance at this point.
2 manifolders bought M$ 70 of #1 Just doesn't look right. Then you have the whole "is it Manifolder or manifolder" problem. Yuk!
Buying back in because apparently people like this one. I previously removed all money to test something, ended up losing $1 in the process. To clarify, my vote is YES for "Oracles" and "Traders".
Oracles is a specific term from cryptocurrencies. The others sound too contrived. Traders just sounds natural. I like it as it is.
For some reason, removing all money from #6 and #7 made #6 stay but #7 disappear. So, introducing... #8.
My (biased) opinion is that 'Oracles' has a nicer sound to it.
For fun: We could refer to people who have e.g. tripled their money as "ThreeFolders"
Origamist I believe was @LarsDoucet 's suggestion
I liked MFers at first, but on reflection may seem somewhat unwelcoming as Duncan said; especially since the epithet is mostly descriptive of males.
That'd work okay on-site, but be confusing out on the wider Internets. Also, might give some newbies a poor impression of user interactions.
MFers feels right
Yes with possibly some attempt to discern market manipulation, plus input from future comments and other sources such as Discord.
Okay, but is your judgement based mostly on how many bids get placed in this market?
Actually @Duncan, per your advice on the below market, I’m going to resolve this based on my judgment of what I think is the community consensus. https://manifold.markets/TimP/how-should-should-questions-be-reso
@Duncan highest percentage. More just curious to get ideas than anything.
Will this be resolving to the response with the highest percentage, or will you be monitoring actual usage on the internets?
I don't care what you choose, I'm using this now
