Resolves YES if credible information comes out indicting Musk in a scheme that involves him recieving money/assets/valuables/business opportunities etc. in exchange for favors for Russia's cyber warfare/disinformation campaigns; including but not limited to: algorithm/visibility boosting, leniency with the utilization of bot networks, leniency with TOS-breaking content, falsified impression statistics etc.
Resolves NO if no such information comes out by the end of March 2029.
