Resolution Criteria

For countries that span multiple continents (like Russia or Turkey), the resolution will be based on which continental portion of the country was visited. For example, if Trump visited Istanbul, this would count as Asia, while if he visited Moscow, this would count as Europe.

The market will resolve based on official White House travel records and news reports from the time of the trip.

Considerations

• Some geographers consider Europe and Asia to be one continent (Eurasia), but for the purposes of this market, they will be treated as separate continents

• The Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and Israel, is considered part of Asia in the standard seven-continent model

• Only the first destination of the trip matters for resolution, even if multiple continents were visited during the complete trip
