This market resolves YES if, by December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC, a reliable and publicly accessible source identifies the real-world identity of the person or person(s) operating the Cyberleek account/group responsible for the recent GTA VI leaks.

The market resolves NO otherwise.

For a YES resolution, the identification must meet both of these conditions:

A credible source must publicly identify a specific real-world person as being behind Cyberleek.

There must be sufficient reliable evidence connecting that person to the Cyberleek operation responsible for the GTA VI leaks.

Primary resolution sources: reputable news organizations, official statements, court/government records, or other independently verifiable public evidence.

Rumors, anonymous accusations, social-media speculation, unverified doxxes, or claims based solely on username/account similarities will not be sufficient. Community investigations may be considered as supporting evidence, but they will not automatically establish a person's identity.

If multiple people are credibly identified as operating Cyberleek, the market may resolve YES if the evidence establishes the identities of the person or people responsible for the operation.

If an alleged identity is later shown to be incorrect, the market should not resolve YES based on the initial claim alone.

Background

In August 2026, an account/group using the name Cyberleek claimed responsibility for a major GTA VI leak involving gameplay footage and map material. Multiple outlets have reported on the leak, while Rockstar/Take-Two have issued copyright takedowns against copies of the leaked material.
