With desitny watching hasan cover the lab post I believe having seen hasan read parts of the doc and talk about it at length on stream is enough to move this to yes but it also think that the sprit of the poll was to have destiy himself cover it. I would resolve as n/a.

Can we get clarification on what "go over the Lavifesto" means? Will offhand comments about things said inside the Lavifesto count? "She's totally lying when she says [reference to information in the Lavifesto] by the way" for example?

@JackSkellington Due to destiny saying he's blacklisting lav and mrgirl I think a small rant would count unless you'd prefer that he at least read a paragraph from the patreon. It's getting kind of dicey though since destiny is engaging in dgg.

@ark I'm heavily invested in one side so obviously I'm going to advocate for whatever favors my side the most. An official ruling would be helpful though.

@ark His engagement would definitely have to be during the stream though, since the bet closes when he starts stream the implication is that the bet is for going over the lavifesto after stream starts. I don't think any of his comments right now count.

@JackSkellington This is kind of difficult to rule on. I'm currently thinking that the ruling should be that he goes over 2 points from the manifesto verbally or opens the patreon page and engages with it. The reason being that if he only goes over one point, he's not really covering the manifest.

@ark Going over two+ points from the manifesto during stream or opening the patreon page and engaging with it on stream today sounds agreeable to me as a 750 share no voter.

@ark Take any comments from actual start of stream forward with scrutiny. If he brings up points from the manifesto, I might for example change my opinion to the idea that he would have to go through the entire manifesto on stream because otherwise I lose the bet.
