@zjmiller No, I’m not entirely sure. I placed my bet because I think it’s not obvious which direction things will go.
I do expect some types of programmers are significantly less in-demand and the lower salaries will be attributed to AI. Now that I think about it, I don’t know if that should qualify as a YES resolution.
@arbmaster39247 if a news outlet reports that certain specializations of programmers, for example database administrators, have lower salaries due to AI would that qualify as a YES?
