@ahalekelly That is indeed what live rating means, and yeah he gained a bunch of rating points playing in Sitges in the past couple of weeks. If you haven't already discovered it, 2700chess is a great way to keep up with live ratings :)

Which list will you use for resolution, the December 2022 list (as the question title indicates) or the Januar 2023 list (which is expected to be published on 1 January 2023 and so the description would indicate this, so it's of course not stated which time you'd check)?
