NO

e.g.: ordering someone a real pizza, editing wikipedia, clicking around on links that incorrectly do destructive operations via GET, etc.

has to be the browsing function, not a plugin

How are ordering pizza or editing wikipedia destructive?

@Karsh rephrased to "mutating the real world"

i assume if you can get the browsing function (not a plugin) to order a pizza then it wouldn't be hard to make it do something more dangerous

@agentydragon It's easy to get ChatGPT to write a story about pizza. It's hard to get ChatGPT to write a story about nuclear bombs.

In general, it's much harder to get ChatGPT to do restricted things. So that's not really true.
