Resolves to the name of the next individual to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate as a new Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. This does not include elevating a current Justice to the position of Chief Justice.

If multiple entries for the same individual are submitted, I will resolve to the earliest submission.
