Resolves YES if Joe Biden is elected President, then dies or resigns from office due to health reasons during his second term.
Resolves N/A if Joe Biden is not elected President again.
Resolves NO if Joe Biden is elected President, but survives his second term, does not resign from office, OR RESIGNS FROM OFFICE DUE TO NON-HEALTH RELATED REASONS.
Will resolve as reported by the BBC.
