The question resolves Yes if by the end of the year this page shows an amount equal to or greater than $60,000,000.

I tracked it for two days. When I first sampled the amount raised it was $52,431,109, now it's $52,436,809, the difference is $5700, giving a $2850 a day average. Then I multiplied by the 124 days left in the year and got $353,400.
Before I did this calculation I thought they would reach the goal by the end of the year. Now that I have I think they won't.
