Resolves YES if that happens at least 10 times between Nov 3 and Nov 16 inclusive. Markets created specifically to manipulate this market do not count.

Resolves N/A if the Create Market page is changed to make Answer Type more prominent again

@Yev Can't know for sure without asking the creators, but that looks like a reasonable inference to me.

(I would just count #6 as one, since they got the correct market type the second time. Unsure why they resolved it N/A; best guess is that they forgot the 40,001-50,000 answer and didn't want to add it in late?)
