This market resolves YES if, at any point before December 31, 2099, I hold the position of CEO, CFO, COO, or CIO at any company listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, or NYSE Arca.
Resolution Criteria:
To resolve YES, all of the following must be true:
The company must be publicly traded on NYSE, NASDAQ, or NYSE Arca at the time I hold the role.
The role must be an official, active corporate officer position (CEO, CFO, COO, or CIO).
Interim, acting, temporary, advisory, or consultant roles do not count.
I must hold the qualifying role for at least one full calendar day (24 hours).
The role must be verifiable through SEC filings, such as:
Form 8‑K
Form 10‑K
Form 10‑Q
DEF 14A (proxy statement)
Official corporate filings listing executive officers
Verification:
I will provide the relevant SEC filing(s) showing my name and title.
To prevent identity confusion, I will also provide a pre‑committed SHA‑256 hash of a phrase containing my real name.
When the time comes, I will reveal the original phrase to prove the hash matches.
If additional verification is needed, I may provide other reasonable proof that I am the person named in the filing.
Resolution Timing:
If I ever meet the criteria, the market resolves YES immediately.
If I am alive on January 1, 2100 and have never met the criteria, the market resolves NO.
If I die before 2100 without meeting the criteria, the market resolves NO.
If Manifold ceases to exist before resolution, the market resolves N/A.
If I stop using Manifold for a long period, do not resolve N/A early — wait until 2100 if possible.
Integrity Clause:
I will not intentionally manipulate or engineer an appointment solely to resolve the market YES. Any qualifying role must be legitimate and earned through a normal business career path.
