Yes I know technically Wales is annexed into England and no longer a separate country, but I refuse to let that stand in my way

@GazDownright yeah if I was making it I might be inclined to fill in the black lines on the dragon with red, making a red silhouette, so that from a distance the dragon doesn't seem like a darker shade
