UPDATE: I am aware of the recent article claiming a newly publicized confession by R. McCoy Jr. may reveal he was D. B. Cooper. However, until an official announcement is made by the FBI, this market will not resolve.
To resolve as Yes, an announcement must be posted on the official FBI.gov website.
The announcement must identify a specific person and not suggest new developments or new possible suspects.
Such announcements will not close this market. Only an official declaration from the FBI on who hijacked and jumped from the Northwest Orient plane on the day before Thanksgiving 1971, or the end of the year, resolves this market.
