Will OpenAI allow users to create bots with custom instruction messages through the ChatGPT app (before 2024)?

YES

Background Information

Peo.com allows users to create custom AI bots with their unique custom instruction. For example, users can create a bot for assisting with language learning or writing midjourney prompts. I am wondering if OpenAI will add a similar functionality to ChatGPT.

Resolution Criteria

The question resolves to yes, if OpenAI releases a feature that allows users to create bots based on a custom instruction. If the feature is being slowly rolled out and is available through a waiting list this would suffice. Users have to be able to easily create these custom bots through either the web or phone app.

They seem to be going for minimalistic design for the ChatGPT frontend, like many of the AI applications.

And the Android/iOS app still doesn't even have the ability to edit your own messages.

It's possible, but they just seem slow at improving their front ends.

@Aleph Yes but how different will it be than switching between different models "Browser", "Code", "Dall-E", "Your Bot", ...
