Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if I am detained for over an hour upon arriving at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Detention is defined as being held by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for additional questioning or inspection beyond standard processing procedures, resulting in a delay exceeding one hour before being allowed to proceed. The market will resolve to "No" if I am not detained or if any detention lasts one hour or less.

Background

Upon arrival at SFO, international travelers undergo primary inspection by CBP officers, which includes verifying travel documents and assessing admissibility. Some passengers may be selected for secondary inspection, involving more detailed questioning and possible searches.
