@MaxHarms I would like an answer from OP about this because for some reason some.people deny reality and don't consider this deportation.
@MaxHarms My opinion:
1. If a deported parent chose without duress to take their citizen infant along, it shouldn't count.
2. If the deported parent was under duress to take their infant along, it should count.
3. The case in question appears to have been under duress.
4. It is possible (but IMO quite unlikely) that information will come out that would change my mind on point 3.
