One answer will be chosen which must be the name of an individual person.

In the surprising situation where he brings on more than one person at the same time as equal partners, it will be split between them (eg. resolve 50% between two people).

If he doesn't publicly announce anyone by the EOY when this market closes it will resolve NO. (this is true even if he secretly has brought someone on and just doesn't announce it until after the year ends, I won't be unresolving this market for that situation).
