How does 'resolve to probability' work? Did it resolve to no?

@XComhghall No, it resolved to 43%. Markets don't have to resolve to YES or NO, they can also resolve to anywhere in between.

I think if someone says they're eating a sandwich, you assume it isn't a hotdog, so in practical usage (what linguists care about), a hotdog is not a sandwich.

Also, I'm unsure how I feel about the results of the poll being viewable.
