Resolves YES if by 2030, there is a country that includes most of current (2025) EU members. It could be called the United States of Europe, European Federation or anything else. The market resolves YES also if the country includes other non European states (eg. anything like a Western Federation) as long as most of current EU members join such country.

How unified do they have to be? In many ways the EU already acts as a nation, in some ways the states and tribes of the USA are still seperate nations

@digory let's say they must have only one passport. Does it sound like a good criteria?

@SimoneRomeo passports aren't great for this. Just look at ex-colonial/imperial nations

@Dulaman what about ex-colonial nations? Eg. United Kingdom and Australia have different passports

@SimoneRomeo there’s quite a few different types of uk passports. It’s not one thing at all
