But what will the top prize be in these leagues? The prize for winning a platinum league was 2,000 in season one, so should we guess that it will be significantly more than this so that diamond predictors are incentivised to win rather than dropping back down to platinum for a better shot at a reasonable prize?

If the top prize is 4,000 Mana or more, this market resovles to YES

If the prize includes an element which is quantifiable as Mana (eg. X mana plus a free 500 Mana bet in a random market), that will be included in the total. If there is a prize which cannnot be converted to Mana (eg. a winner's badge next to your username) this will not be included.

Update - for clarity, this market resolves based on the prize for winning the diamond league in season 2. If the prizes aren't announced by the end of the season, this will still resolve based on the actual prizes which are given out.
