After Season 1, some Platinum users have promoted to 4 Diamond leagues but the prizes are only defined up to platinum.
Resolves Yes only if the chart for Prizes contains official prizes for the Diamond category. I will not count a mere statement by a Manifold employee as official.

@Stralor close is the 17th, title says before 15th. If prizes come today or tomorrow does it still resolve as NO I think is the question.
