California has had it's wettest 22 day period ever. The current water year with over 17.87 inches, is nearly double the historical average statewide and some sections of the state are more than double.
The wettest year on record being 42.81 inches, and forecasts are suggesting several more weeks of well above average rainfall.
Market will resolve at the end of the water year defined as between October 1 of 2022 and September 30 of 2023, or as soon as precipitation levels exceed the previous record as recorded by California Water Watch:
