Resolves as "Yes" if there is credible reporting, or court documents, showing that Richard Heart (Richard James Schueler) has been convicted of any felony crime.

Resolves "No" if this does not happen before Jan 1st, 2028.

The conviction can be done by any country's courts. It can include any level of court as long as it reaches a felony conviction (provincial/state, federal, etc.)

If he is charged but reaches a settlement before a conviction, that does not count -- it must be a conviction. Edited to specify "felony", to focus on relatively-damaging crimes and ignore misdemeanors.

This should trade lower than the version on felony charges.

I've made a one-time change to the timeframe -- it was until 2028, I've moved it to 2030, because it can take several years for a conviction to be reached. I promise not to change it again, and if I ever want a new timeframe, it would strictly be newly-created questions.
