@SarahC How can this resolve based on the comment regarding the paper?

@SarahC Well the paper is out:

preprint: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10441355

peer-reviewed: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37875652/

And shows a large reduction in epigenetic age for the rats. But I'm not actually seeing a measurement of lifespan extension by seeing how long the rats live. They do say they extended lifespan:

Our study presents compelling evidence for epigenetic age reversal in rats via the administration of exosome-containing fraction derived from plasma of piglets. Following our initial report in 2020 45, additional validation and cross-species evidence affirmed our results 43,4648. Mice studies confirmed that young plasma, administered through heterochronic parabiosis, rejuvenated solid organs, reduced epigenetic age by up to 30%, and extended both lifespan and healthspan, with the effect persisting post-separation 47.

But I don't see where the data for that is (it's a long paper, I may have missed it).
