For it to count as a launch the rocket needs to complete the countdown sequence and the holdown clamps need to release. A scrub won't count as a launch. Failures that result in the loss of the vehicle count as a launch only if they meet the above criteria. SLS includes all variants of SLS, SLS Block 1, Block 1B, Block 2, and any future variants.
