I have 2 kids, age 3 and 1. As far as I know, I haven't had any miscarraiges. I am 30 years old. When I was trying for my first kid, it took 3 months to get pregnant. When I was trying for my second kid, i had a really hard time while the first one was still breastfeeding (tried for 4 months but my period cycles were really irregular, 35-50 days). Once he was weaned, it took 4 months to get pregnant. This year (2022) I went off my birth control on July 4. I was using Eluryng (the generic version of Nuvaring). I have weaned my 2nd baby already, with his last feeding on June 11th.

I have uterus didelphys (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uterus_didelphys), which means that my uterus didn't fuse completely when I was a fetus, and so the right side and the left side are seperate chambers. This makes pregnancy complications more likely. My first child was born 5 weeks early by scheduled c-section because one of the blood vessels coming out of his umbilical cord was right on top of my cervix, so the doctors wanted to get him out early so that labour wouldn't cause him to bleed out. My second child was born exactly on his due date by scheduled c-section -- he was breech. Given my 2 C-sections, a third pregnancy would be considered high risk, which means near the end of the pregnancy, I have to go to the hospital twice a week for "non-stress testing" where they monitor fetal movements and make sure the baby is OK, and I guess they would C-section me early if something seems off.

When do you think I will have my 3rd baby?

Sep 15, 2:43pm: first day of last period: September 5. Also, I have to get an MMR vaccine booster as part of the physical exam for the green card process, and you're not supposed to get pregnant within 28 days of getting this vaccine, so we are going to use birth control for this cycle.
