On October 9, Kat Woods responded to a question about when Nonlinear will respond to the investigation by Ben Pace. She wrote that Nonlinear are "aiming to get this done in the next few weeks" but also noted reasons for slowness.

On November 13, Kat Woods wrote, "Still working on it full time! I'd guess we'll publish in the next 1-4 weeks. I really hope it is sooner. I want to finish this more than anybody."

There's now a market about whether the response will be posted by December 13.
