@HillaryClinton sorry for underspecifying. i think it could come through any account, as long as Tumbles is specifically involved
ie someone can't unilaterally send a creditor mana and say "this is on behalf of Tumbles" to cause this market to resolve YES, but if it's part of a scheme tumbles has agreed to (for example, Ben S's restructuring idea), that would count
