Tom Homan has recently made comments which could be interpreted as a threat to Tony Evers, or authorities which take similar positions as him.
CONDITIONS FOR RESOLUTION
To resolve as YES, Tony Evers must be arrested by the federal government for any reason, though not necessarily for what Tom Homan is talking about. Indictment is not necessary for this to resolve as YES.
This must happen during Trump's second term. Market will resolve as NO if at the conclusion of Trump's term Tony Evers has not been arrested by the federal government.
