This market resolves YES if any runner runs a World Athletics-sanctioned time faster than either of these records before the closing ceremony of the 2028 Summer Olympics, and NO otherwise. In the event that the 2028 Olympics are delayed or cancelled, this market will resolve on August 31, 2028.
