IF there is anything suspect, like massive power outages, or machines breaking down or anything massive that is widely recognized as a potential "psyop" regarding the election this resolves to NO.
Some examples:
Many voting machines malfunctioning
Anything widespread prohibiting ballot access
Anything in a legislative nature from an official state government delaying or blocking access to vote tallies to where the final winner can't be announced.
Similar edge cases at my and the community's joint discretion.
Widespread, suspect power outages is another widely speculated potential psyop, for example.
The YES resolves if there is no psyop.
If you believe there will be no major psyop even widely speculated regarding this election you would wager on "YES".
If there is no major psyop being speculated in the news or trending on X, this will resolve to YES.
If there is, I'll reference said psyop or speculation thereof and resolve this to NO.
Bomb threats reported in Atlanta voting locations, as per CNN:

@Marnix YES. There was no widespread officially regarded psyop in 2020, by most ppls standards, I think is fair to say. Speculations, sure. But this has to be validated and locked in psyop caught red-handed type behavior.
@VandelayIndustries listen George, they're not conclusive. they're tips for traders. feel free to post your own links. Widespread is widespread. We're nowhere near that. Ok trade on!
@VandelayIndustries if any of the claims at these links are proven incorrect i'll promptly remove or edit them
we have a gas leak reported in a voting location in MIchigan.
This is not wide-spread enough to have two un-related isolated events but it is escalating early:

voting machines are reported to be down in one county in PA.
This is not enough to trigger a NO.
A valid psyop has to be widespread and widely acknowledged.
