@QwErTyUSER what sorts of things does opening the chip to the public include? For example, does it count as YES if Microsoft is given some code by a third party and MS adapts it to run on Majorana for them?

Or to put it abother way, what's the minimum amount of "opens" that would make you resolve this YES?
