Full release, not a preview or limited release, available as an upgrade to Windows 11 or standalone install, titled Windows 12 or Windows XII or anything else that literally means 12, released by Microsoft before the date in the option.
If Microsoft does not name it windows 12 but it clearly is the equivalent next major full release of the operating system (clarified via poll if necessary) then that will also trigger a YES resolution.
