I am dubious of a "NET 2026" target from this or any other project that might be started, 'NET end of 2025' just not going to happen.

yes, at some point. We as in, humans. China and India are eyeing to build base stations I believe. Also the recent discoveries of underground caves and trapped water molecules are going to be key.
