How are you going to count rain? Like drops anywhere in track, drizzle, whole track…. ?

@parhizj Anything that hits the whole track, even if its just a drizzle. So no single Russel reports of "I think I saw some rain in turn X".

@PastaMarter Does the rain have to hit the whole track at the same time?

@RSWats The way its looking now that won't be a problem, just wait 5 minutes

@PastaMarter The rain could very well end in T15 before it hits T1, but the track remains wet everywhere

@RSWats I would still count that as the Rain still hits the whole Track, just by passing over.

I don’t know how this will resolve definitively so I am selling out. It looks like it did rain already but it’s not super clear whether it covered the whole track.
