Union membership has generally been in decline in the US for the last decade. In 2022 union membership was up slightly vs 2021 in absolute numbers, but as a percentage it was down by 0.3%.

Will the percentage of workers who are members of a labor union in the United States increase in 2023 compared to 2022?
