The question will resolve no if the regularly scheduled elections take place between the 27.08.2025 and the 26.10.2025.
The question will resolve yes if the elections take place outside of regular scheduling or the Ampel coalition breaks apart.
@OSV Why was this resolved?
The question will resolve yes if the elections take place outside of regular scheduling or another coalition forms while the Ampel coalition breaks apart.
We neither had new elections nor did a new coalition form.
@Primer the description was not entirely sufficient. As per the title, the coalition did break apart. There is a case to be made for the argument that the coalition of Greens and SPD is a new coalition. Whether they have any majority does not matter.
@OSV As far as I know, there is no new Koalitionsvertrag, so no new coalition has formed.
I think changing the description after resolution is bad form and I'm surprised it is even possible.
The criteria have not been met. It's highly likely they will be met, but it's still possible that the next elections take place at the originally scheduled date.
There is no need to resolve this prematurely (and at odds with the provided criteria). Just resolve once there is a Koalitionsvertrag or Neuwahlen have been held.
Just to leave this here:

@Primer Thank you, I am aware of the formatting. I was asking asking about the years which were specified. Article 39 of the German constitution states that the election must take place in 2025, between August 27 and October 26.
@nr Oh! Yeah, you're right, I hadn't even seen the typo. I think we can safely assume this should be 26.10.2025.
I presume you want both dates to be in 2025.
Also, the question title and resolution criteria are not the same. It is possible (if unlikely) that the coalition collapses and another one is elected to serve the remainder of the term of the Bundestag. A Jamaica coalition would have the numbers, for example.
