Very doubtful. Support for Welsh independence is at best maybe 1 in 3 so even Plaid Cymru aren't actively trying to get a plebiscite they know they'd lose. Likelihood is that there will be Labour government for the remainder of this decade which will further reduce the desire for independence in Wales.
