The PM is expected to make a significant u-turn this afternoon where he will row back planned legislation to reach global Net Zero emissions targets. Will any Conservative minister resign either the party whip or their position as MP by market close, specifically referring to these changes in their resignation letter?
Resignation without specific reference to changes to climate legislation is not enough to resolve YES.
