A contest is underway to determine the next leader of His Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition, the Conservative and Unionist Party.
According to Westminster gossip there are two factions forming within the party; those who wish to "go long" and take a decision on party leader before Christmas, and those who wish for a shorter contest to ensure their leader is in post by the start of the Conservative Party Conference on the 29th of September.
This question resolves YES if the Conservative Party leadership contest has concluded and a leader has been selected before the conference start date, and resolves NO if conference starts without a leader in place.
