Resolves YES based on my subjective opinion of any statement made on the matter by Starmer personally, no other member of the UK government.
As this is based on my subjective opinion I will not bet. I’m looking for strong condemnation, not minor criticism or equivocation. Market will stay open until end of January and will resolve NO if no such statement is delivered by that point.
