The Third Amended which stops the government housing soldiers in people's houses is rarely covered in the Courts. The Supreme Court has never heard a case centering around it.

This question will resolve YES if by EOY 2030 the Supreme Court grants cert in a case where at least one of the major questions revolves around the Third Amendment.

It is entirely plausible, if not likely, that SCOTUS will have landmark privacy cases in the next 5 years. If they do, the 3rd amendment will almost certainly be at least a factor - it’s the most frequently cited to justify an individual right to privacy in the constitution.
