The ACLU of Ohio is suing Ohio over their gender-affirming medical care for minors ban. The lawsuit uses a novel legal strategy compared to similar litigation.
This question will resolve YES if Ohio's gender care ban is in effect for most in the state by the end of the year. It will resolve NO if Ohio's gender care ban is blocked in the courts, repealed, or otherwise not being enforced by the end of the year.
