Multivitamins cocktails are overrated and can be counterproductive. Take only the vitamins you need and not necessarily all year.

I quit last year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Alcohol has aesthetic, social, and cultural benefits, and I’ve appreciated them for a long time.
