dbt Cloud is a hosted solution for orchestrating data transformation jobs. On November 7th and November 8th, dbt Cloud experienced outages that prevented dbt Cloud Jobs from executing when expected.

Will we see another incident tomorrow (November 9th, 2023) that will result in multiple jobs from multiple dbt Cloud customers fail to complete successfully at the expected time.

Conditions for a Yes:

• There must be an incident announced in the dbt Cloud status page or acknoledged by 3+ members of the dbt community slack.

• The incident must result in dbt Cloud jobs from triggering or completing successfully at the expected time

  • Examples of valid incidents include excessive queue times, job time outs, jobs failing to execute, and jobs being cancelled.

• The incident must be observed to have occurred between 2023-11-09T00:00:00 EST and 2023-11-09T23:59:99 EST
