Quite a few polls have been posted on Manifold lately, using comments to take votes with the market predicting the outcome. Seems like this would be a reasonably straightforward thing to natively support.
As well as polling for polling's sake, a poll could be used to decide which way a market should resolve without the market creator needing to be involved, in a way that's more robust to manipulation than using the market probability.
